High Protein Egg White Omelette
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Farm Pride egg whites
- 1/4 cup low fat or skim milk
- 1/2 cup low fat cheese
- 1 cup diced mix vegetables, e.g. corn, green capsicum, red capsicum
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Lightly beat egg whites and milk. Mix in cheese and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a hot frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until set.
- Flip over to lightly brown the top and serve.
