Lightly seasoned and blended with full cream milk powder, our Pasteurised Scrambled Egg is a whole egg based mixture that is both tasty and convenient. It can be cooked either from a frozen or thawed state.

Ready to use for making fluffy scrambled eggs, our Scrambled Egg Mix can also be used as a recipe base for omelettes, frittatas and quiches. The egg mix can be prepared in the heat-proof bag is it packed in.
