Get out of the Winter slump and back in action! The classes included within this offer have been designed to focus on increased intensity for Term 3, however they still focus more heavily on Pilates principles than what you would be used to from the Group Fitness sessions. Overall they aim to provide a challenging workout in a safe and fun environment.
